At Red Cross Children's Hospital she managed a wide range of dermatological conditions, particularly within paediatric care, and was regularly consulted on complex cases — a trusted voice within the team in matters requiring careful clinical review.

Alongside her public sector and academic work, she ran her own independent private practice on Bree Street in Cape Town, providing specialist paediatric and adult dermatology care.
